General organization of the course:
Each day of the course will be focused on the work of a different speaker presented in the morning (2 talks, one hour each). In the afternoon, the students will plan and present experiments based on what was presented in the two morning talks.
Between 14:30 and 16:30, all of the students (not just the ones that will present later that day) will assemble into groups and come up with ideas for experiments, based on what they heard in the talks in the morning. That day’s speaker will meet with each of the individual groups (about 10-15 min each) to answer questions and discuss issues that come up.
Between 16:30 to 18:00, Three of these groups will present their ideas to the rest of the group (25 minutes presentations): one student in the group will summarize the experimental plans, and the other students will present individual experiments, as needed.

The only exception to this schedule will be on Wed May 31st. The students have the afternoon off on that day.
